Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, wigs that have been worn, altered, washed, customized, damaged, or used cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
Refund Approval
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details so we can assist you promptly.
